Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Because sports help to increase my academic success. I enjoy being physically active and being part of a team.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been captain of the water polo team. Although I was not captain of my swim team this year I was known by the coach and my teammates as one of the the most positive influences on the team. My teammates and coaches often look to me positive attitude and leadership skills.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat healthy and exercise. I focus on maintaining a healthy balance of schooling, family and friendships and sports.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have always been involved in community service. I been an active member of Boy Scouts of America for 12 years. I most recently earned Eagle Scout rank. It is important for me to give back to the community that gives so much to the people.
