Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to play sports in college because I feed off of challenges to make me stronger and faster. In college you are forced to work as hard as you can and push yourself to the max, and that's something I want to do.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I demonstrate leadership by being the team captain of my XC team. Both on and off, I encourage the other runners to push their hardest and to also be respectful of others around them. In school, I tend to take charge and be a leader there too.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I plan to pursue a healthy athletic performance by maintaining a very healthy diet and keeping up a consistent/effective running schedule.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in my community by picking up trash and helping plant flowers around town to keep things looking nice.
