Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have had a passion for sports since a young age. I have played baseball and soccer since I was 4 years old. I have wanted to play baseball in college and professionally for as long as I remember. I have attended many college baseball games and I love the atmosphere. I dream about playing baseball in college and I am working hard on the field and in the classroom to accomplish this goal.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Off Field - I set up and organized a haunted house with friends who I have played baseball with to raise money for a friend who was battling cancer. I was able to bring together over 20+ current and former teammates to run a haunted house. I was able to raise close to $4000 for his care over the past 4 years.

On Field - I made JV Baseball as a freshman as the starting short stop. I worked hard all season and lead by example. My on field leadership helped bring the team together and we were able to win the league championship. I earned my teams respect and they voted me as team MVP for the season.

Lions Heart - 2016-present - Charity work over the past 6 years and ran a haunted house to raise money for Reese is a Beast charity for the past 4 years.
My friend was battling cancer and I wanted to help out. I organized a haunted house with friends to raise money for his care.
