2021 - Norwegian National silver medal winner in eight. Time 5:57:4.

2020 - Norwegian National champion as junior in eight. Time 6:04:2. (7 juniors and 1 senior in the boat)

No international competitions in 2020 due to Covid-19.

Primary Position:: stroke side

Comes from one of the best rowing program in Norway. The club has currently athletes that are compete in the World Cup, U23, Summer Olympic Games (Kristoffer Brun) and European Rowing Championships. In 2020 Bergen Rowing Club became the national champion in junior eight for Boys and national bronze medal winner in girls eight.

John Even have been rowing since 2015. He comes from a strong athletic family. His dad played college basketball, played 10 years on the national team and played 6 years professional basketball in Europe. His sister is 6'3 tall (born 2005) and is on the regional national team for tall players in handball.
