Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited because I want a professional career in doing something I love.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have demonstrated leadership on the field by holding my teammates head up high and telling them their rights and wrongs, most importantly explaining to them how to correct their mistakes. I have demonstrated leadership off the field by helping out in my community and being someone kids look up to.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue healthy athletic performances by staying on top of my doctors visits, letting the athletic trainer know where and when I’m hurt.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

In my community I participate in bad weather cleanings. Where I’m from, when the weather gets bad it causes lots of damage. So, my team and I will go around and help clean up to get our place back to normal.
