As a young student athlete, I strive to be the hardest worker on the ice and in the classroom. At age 4 I began my hockey journey and fell in love with the game, sports have taught me a lot about myself and have shaped me into the man I am today.
My dream to play college hockey has stuck with me throughout the years and I continue to work towards that goal. Determined, I emphasize work ethic, self-discipline and maintaining a professional character. I carry myself with an optimistic persona and see criticism as an opportunity. Several coaches have asked me to lead-by example and be a role model for those around me, I take great pride in that.
My powerful stride, heavy shot and true 2-way game are all attributes I believe will allow me to achieve my goals. Any effort under 100% is insufficient in my mind and I apply this to all parts of my life.
In the classroom I hold a 3.5 GPA and am an active volunteer in my community.
I aim to represent a college and team that will push me past my limits in the classroom and on the ice. I’m open to all options as I aspire to play at the highest level possible and become part of not only a team, but a family.
