Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited to play college soccer because soccer has always been my escape from the world. I fell in love with the game at 8 years old and soccer has always been my passion. I would love to continue growing my knowledge of the game at a higher level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a leadership on and off the field. As a senior on my high school team, it is my duty to my teammates to lead the team and be a good role model. Off the field, I used to volunteer at the soccer summer camps for children at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for 3 years.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
