Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Stretching is essential to growing athletic skills along with rest and water and always going for the ball no matter what. With school, work, and volleyball, I am managing to balance all three.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Volunteering gives off such a good feeling and leaves an impact on the world. Knowing that I have done something to help animals in the shelter have quality care makes me feel better and happier.
