Previous Year Stats
I am an honor student and have been in the High Honor roll all through middle school. I still hold A's in most subjects. For me, studies come first, no matter what. You can play as many sports and achieve everything, but the basic education is a must without which your future is bleak. I believe in that and have balanced my studies and sports evenly.
Going to a good college is a dream for me. Being able to wear the school colors is would be amazing! My dad, a good athlete, did not make it big due to an injury, always said there is nothing prouder than being able to represent your school in sports or academics. I want to be able to fulfill that dream for him and for me and to become a role model for others to look up to.
I have captained the team for 3 years in total and this year I am an alternate captain. Even the years I was not, the team looked up to me as I always believe in leading by example. I help the captains and my teammates push themselves to go beyond, and I do it by example.
Eat healthy, Exercise everyday, do some weights, sleep well, and mot importantly be available at home to help my parents. Studying and keeping up the grades is the most critical thing to being able to perform better as an athlete as the constant pressure is reduced.
My family has from the beginning thought us to make three pools of our money. spend, save and give. Giving monetarily or in kind is ingrained in me from birth. I have volunteered may hours at our hockey club helping other kids learn to skate and play hockey. I have helped when the team has organized with children in need as well as other time. My family helps out in giving gifts to the needed during holidays as well. I hope to do more this year through school as well given I will have more opportunities in High School.
