Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to have the opportunity to continue my swimming career at a higher level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am currently part of my high school’s Student Council. On my high school swim team, I make sure everyone is included in plans/ideas and that everyone is being cheered for at meets. I also help the newer swimmers understand the sport. On my club team, I help out the young swimmers at meets (making sure they’re getting to their races and help hype them up/get them excited).

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I make sure I am eating healthy, taking care of not only my body, but my mind, and getting my school work done. A healthy team environment also helps when pursuing a healthy athletic performance.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
