Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
I fell in love with running and the adrenaline that comes with it; I know I am a great runner and can become even greater if given the chance.
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
I lead by example, on the field I like to always give my all so my teammates can do the same; off the field is much more different. If needed I take charge in group presentations or projects so everyone gets a fair share and it gets done on time.
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
Even when I’m losing, I keep a positive mind; I can learn from those winning. Appreciate your wins but also learn from your loses.
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
Though I’m not as involved as I wish I was, I do enjoy helping when there are soup kitchens in my area or can food/clothes drives.
