Personal Highlights

I am interested in Computer Science and Cyber Security. I taught myself how to program c++, c sharpe, and python very early. So, as you see it is important to me to continue this track and build upon what I have started.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Beyond the fact that my father is a former sports trainer and my mother is a former college softball player and coach, I feel that pursuing sports in college will do various things for me.
One, I love to wrestle and at some point I would like to coach.
Second, it will keep me focused on my academics.
Third, it will continue to add to my connections I make through my life.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Leadership comes in different forms.
I show leadership off the mat by being a part of the WHO.
I show leadership on the mat by continuing my training on the off season. I continue my training through PAUSAW - Freestyle and Greco, continuing strength training through a private trainer, and participating in camps through LAW and PRTC.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am fortunate to have a wonderful support system at home and in my wrestling program. I have a good balance of meals, wrestling training, strength training, academics, and rest.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Within the Hempfield Wrestling Program we have a group called WHO - Wrestlers Helping Others that I am part of. These wrestlers go to various community programs to help them with different activities such as tearing down and building buildings, packing up items for the needy, helping people with disabilities with various activities, and placing together Christmas stockings for needy children.

As I get older I see the importance of this more and more. Not only do I enjoy the social aspect of this but I also see how others benefit from our efforts. People see young people differently and in the process we are helping those that need the help.
