Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Fitness and athletics are important to me, but education takes priority for me and my family. Playing in college level will get me the education I need in order to continue with my life after college.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I am leader because I was the captain for my club team and now for my high school team. Throughout the high school season, we had some in coming freshman to the team who were very nervous to play and talk to others on the team. My job as a captain was to bring the team together by setting up a team bonding weekly and including them in our team at practice. Off the field I am a peer counselor at school and I help other students with their personal problems and school problems. I try and be a leader for them by example.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I follow a regular fitness routine 6 times a week in the off season, train with my school team five times a week if we don't have games throughout the week, train with my club team four times a week eat right, go to massages and therapy, and get enough sleep.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I helped out with a soccer camp for my old club during the summer to help younger kids and teach them how to play.
