Personal Highlights

Hi, my name is Kathryn and I have been actively rowing for the past six years, and have been a member of my school's varsity rowing team since freshmen year. I first sought interest in rowing because of my aunt and also my inability to play other sports due to an illness. Growing up right next to an ocean made rowing the perfect sport for me and I instantly fell in love with it. Rowing has brought me lifelong friends and lessons that I will carry with me forever. Through my experiences in rowing I have learned to push myself and to not be afraid of failure. I look forward to continuing rowing in college as well as majoring in the science field.
