Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Diving has been a massive part of my life for the past 6 years. Not only has diving brought me great personal achievements, it also brought me a community, and taught me lessons that I will use out of the pool for the rest of my life. I know that I haven't finished yet. Continuing my passion for diving throughout college will build upon the foundation I built in high school, as a diver, and a person.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Being a leader is not something that you have to wait to become, or prove that you are worthy enough to become. As a captain, I try to do something to make a teammates day better everyday. That could be making sure they have a ride to the carb-up, or asking how their day is going, or even something as simple as a smile. Leadership isn't inherently loud or strong, as a leader, my job is not to be intimidating, but welcoming and helpful. I continue this out of the pool in my other activities like dive coaching, where I make sure that every diver has 1 positive thing at practice, big or small.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
