Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have played every sport under the sun but soccer continues to have my heart. I have been playing since before I was 3, and have a lot of club experience. I truly have a love for this sport and enjoy pushing myself physically and mentally to become better.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I go to a small private school where we barley have enough for a team. That being said many of our athletic teams specifically the girls team struggle to have enough numbers. When we do have enough girls our teams tend not to have very good records. Off the field I show leadership by working to recruit and encourage players to come out and by being a good example that it is possible to manage sports, school, and friends. On the field, and court, I belive I show great leadership by encouraging and helping teammates anyways I can. I lead with example by always keeping a good aditude and always putting in the extra mile.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

For me this was super important because I play both varsity soccer and volleyball in the same season so I had to manage my time very well. I learned how different foods and activity’s affected me and not only put in the work at practices but also at home. Even smaller decisions I had to make included going to bed earlier instead of staying up on my phone and turning away greasy food I knew would affect me for a healthier alternative. Anything thing I did was really focus on quick recovery and pushing myself but not to injury.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

As far as my service in the community goes, I love serving with kids and have done countless efforts through food banks and shelters with my teams and school. Also seperetly I serve almost every Sunday teaching kids at church.
