Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to be recruited to play sports in college to provide an efficient and sophisticated learning programme whilst training to my best standard. I would also like to make new friends and socialise with new people and learn things about different people and be provided with the best college experience.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

In my school, I am one of the sports leaders for PE and leaders for school events and competitions, meaning I make sure everything is in order and make sure all of the kids are doing what they are supposed to be doing and are at the right stations they are supposed to be at.
At training, I am a leader at the back of the diving boards if one of my friends dives haven't gone too well or they are worrying about a new dive they are learning, I would reassure them that the dive will be okay and give them advice on how to approach the skill they are to do. I am also a level 1 diving coach in England, meaning I can coach with supervision from a level 2 coach. However, I can't provide workouts for the divers as I am not qualified to do that. I can coach divers affectively and passed the coaching course first time.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue healthy athletic performance as a student-athlete by maintaining a good balance of school work and training. if I have a break between diving sessions or just have some free time on my hands, I complete any school work I have to do or anything that I feel like would benefit my learning or impress my teachers. I also keep a good diet by helping my parents cook healthy food and providing the correct nutrients to help an athlete such as myself healthy.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in service in my community as I am asked to coach my fellow students during activities in PE to make sure they are progressing in different sports whenever my teachers need some extra support in sports I am excelling in such as trampolining, rugby and football (soccer)
Also, due to my coaching, I provide a good learning program for young divers who wish to progress further in the sport.

When I was 2, we were on holiday in Spain and I decided that it would be fun to try some diving through an inflatable dinghy, that had a hole in the middle, to see if I could go through the hole at...
