Outdoor Additional

Qualified for regional meet Freshman and Junior year with the 4x100 and the 4x200 meter relay team. I have run on varsity since my freshman year and was a part of the district championship relay team in middle school. I am currently training with a personal trainer in the Super Slow Zone method to strengthen my upper body, back, quads, and calves. I feel that I am a versatile athlete in that I can run the open 100, 200, 400 and the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x4 relays. This is the first year ever that I have run the 400 meters and my goal is to improve my time in that race, as well as, my other sprint events.
