Softball Additional

All the below info is just from my sophomore and junior years for my high school team and from my playing in the 2003 Jewish National Youth Olympics, the Maccabbi Games, where we won the gold. I closed the championship game from a score of 6-5 to secure a whopping win of 15-5 and get us the gold for these games. Overall, for my past two school seasons and the Maccabbi Games, in 184 innings I had 187 K's. For junior year alone I had 115 K's in 98 innings.
I throw a drop ball (fastest pitch), offspeed drop ball, change-up, rise ball, knuckle ball and am currently working on a screw ball and curve ball. I was the captain of my school softball team junior year and will also be captain of my team senior year (as well as the elected captain of the V Field Hockey team my senior year, only my 2nd year playing the sport, as well as the elected captain of JV Field Hockey my junior year (my first yr) before I was moved up to V midseason). Sophomore year I batted first in the lineup and junior year I batted third in the lineup. Usually, I hit the ball straight up the middle or pull it when batting righty. I can bunt well (which ever way is specified: 1st base or 3rd base), I can drag bunt decently, I can slap very well and discretely, and I can bat lefty, but it is not as good as my right handed batting.
I can play any position (but catcher); however, I am a pitcher first and foremost.
While my bench press is listed above, my squat is not: as of winter '03 during my junior year (when I had last maxed out for both the bench and squat) I maxed out at 295 lbs.
Currently in my pitching I am working on my ball movement (perfecting and increasing it), and my velocity (increasing speed in a certain direction with more movement). Also, more importantly, I am furthering my knowledge on the mental aspects of pitching: discovering my batters' weaknesses and pitching to their weaknesses based upon their distance from the plate, position in the box, and more importantly, their actual swing.

If I were to give my strong-suites in the game, they would have to be accredited to my ability to think and react quickly while making the smart, and not always the most obvious, plays.
