Football Additional

I am a high school senior at Lincoln Academy
High School in Maine. Ever since my freshman year i
wanted to play football but my school and no where
around had it. But during my junior year our county
created a team an i joined. Our team consisted of
about 20 players which ment that i played multiple
positions and worked my butt off. i played tight end,
outside linebacker, on punt return and kick return,
but absolutly loved tight end. The problem was, was
that our quarterback was only 5 foot 3 or so, the
coach's son, and never threw to ball. We probably only
threw it 2 times all year. We only won three games,
but thats not too bad for a county who hasn't had a
team in over 50 years. Then the next year of football
came around and i decieded not to join because i was
sick and tired of the quarterback not throwing the
ball. I wanted to play so bad, but knew it was useless
to play if i was a tight end, and not get the ball
thrown to me or anyone else. I am hoping to find a
team to play with indoors during the winter. That
would be great. I absolutly love going out for passes
just playing with my friends and at practice last
year(skills that we never used in a game). People tell
me that i am an excellent reciever, but i dont know. I
know that i dont have the experience in football as
others in a more civilized, built up area, but i know
what it's like to bust my balls and go so all out that
you fell like you could do anything. If I got accepted to any college to play football, they wouldn't regret it. I push harder and harder through the pain and never give up. i have the grades
to get into a pretty good college and would be
absolutly honored to play college football as a tight
end or wide reciever. Right now i am taking Tae Kwon
DO and will soon be playing lacrosse to get in shape
if i do get accepted to play football. So now for the
question, do you think i have what it takes to either
get a scholorship for football(which would be great)
or even just apply to a school to play?
I do not expect to get in a great college football
school, because of my lack of experience on the field,
but just to get the chance on even a stinky team to
let myself be known, and move up. Any coach reading this right now if you were to give me the chance, I can guarantee that I would not let you or the team down, I would not let myself down. Thank You for your time and giving me a chance.

What I would really like to do for a major that I didn't find was Computer Animation. I have won numerous drawing contests including one in 5th grade that consisted of drawing the school, and who ever won , would get that picture put on a t-shirt. Then I won one in my junior year in high school. This contest drew in people from 5 or so different towns to compete in making up a design for a window in a movie theater. I won the center piece and some money.

Personal Highlights

My father was in the Navy(now retired) meaning that I have had a very exciting lifestyle so far. I have lived in Deleware, Mass., Connecticut, Chicago, Virginia Beach, back to Chicago, then to Japan, then to where I live now, Maine. Japan was amazing because it was so different from any other place I had ever lived. Especially the cultural aspect of it. My hobbies include football, basketball, paintball, lacrosse, baseball, tae kwon do, electric guitar, and love being around my family and friends.
