I have only pitched a year seriously. And have only been struck out 4 times in my career. I can make the throw from the outfield to home plate. And at first I always back up home plate. I am also doing a program called TOSH (the orthopetic speacialty hosipital) they work with leg strength and speed. I run from home plate to first in 4 seconds.
