Soccer Honors

The soccer stats & info. section is just for my high school career. In high school all I've played is sweeper and key center back.

In club ball I've played more cenrter midfield than sweeper. I do not have exact numbers on my club career. I've played club ball since I was twelve, I've been on two teams. I've started every club game. Ocassionally I was substituted out for a rest and then came right back in.

  • I am a four year varsity high school starter.
  • I started EVERY high school career game.
  • I've had NO injuries, other than an occasional shin splint.
  • As in club I was rarely spelled. I may have sat a total of 20 minutes per year.
  • My Jr. & Sr. years I was voted TEAM MVP.
  • My Jr. & Sr. years I was ALL League GSL, defender.
  • My Sr. yr I was the league's lead scoring defender.
  • My Sr. yr I was co high scorer for our team.
  • My Sr. yr I served as team co captain.
  • My Sr. yr our team was second in league with number of shutouts.
  • My Sr. yr our team was second in league in least goals against.
  • Our high school team placed 2nd in the regional tournament 2 yrs.
  • Our high school team made it to the state tournament two years.
  • I received the 2006 Fall Scholar/Athlete in our league.
  • I've attended BYU's women's soccer camp three years.
  • I take all goal kicks for our high school team and most midfield free kicks, and I consistently kick the ball 50 yds on the goal kicks.
  • I am left foot dominant.
Soccer Additional

With the HS team statistics you have to bare in mind that we were a 3A school competing in a predominantly 4A league. We finished fourth overall in a league of eleven teams, three 3A teams and eight 4A teams. We finished 1st in the 3A division. So finishing 2nd in shut outs and 2nd in least goals against was quite an accomplishment for us in our predominant 4A league.
