Personal Highlights

i have been running track since my frestman year in high school i am now a Jr. I run the 4x4, the 4x8, the open 400m and the open 800m. My 400 time is an average of 1:00, my fastest time is 58 seconds. My average time for the 800 is 2:25, my fastest time is 2:21. My favorite race to run is the 800. My has also put me in teh 200 from time to time. The fastest i have ran in that event is 25.01, my average is about a 26 or 27. I also run cross country. I ran it best my freshman year, i would mostly run around 25 minutes, my fastest time (on a flat course) was 24:43
I have had many inguries, which include shin splints, knee problems and back problems. I have had shin splits point where i had stress fractures in both my legs, this happened during my freshman cross country season, and my freshman outdoor season, which permitted me from running in states both seasons.
During my sophmore year i had knee problems during all three seasons, which include cross country , indoor track, and outdoor track. This year while running indoor track i have strained a muscle in my back, and have started having shin problems again, but plan to continue running in a few more meets and at the state meet.
I have an average GPA of 3.0. I try hard to get good grades, and do my best in track, i try not to give up and push myself to the limit. My only weakness is my inguries, once i feel something has gone wrong, i stop that instant, because i think about my collage career in running track and dont want to perminetly get injured. I hope you have enjoyed reading about me and want me as a runner on your track team!!!
