My goal for junior year is a 19 minute 5k, I'm half way there. I've cut my 2 mile time to :12:30. I'll be running the mile and 2 mile and 4x800 relay in indoor and outdoor track this year.
Hopefully by my senior year I will be running a 18 minute 5 k
