JV Captain 10th Grade, Varsity Captain 12th Grade

Soccer Additional

I usually play goalkeeper. I had a broken collar bone due to a teammate falling on me during practice and did not play for three games, then played the last two in the field. In the field my role in usually marking the other team's most dangerous man tightly, since I am a distance runner and can stay with him all game. I'm the fastest on my team. In 10th grade I started JV and alternated Varsity starts with 2 other goalies. One of them graduated, then Junior year I alternated with the other one, getting most of the starts until I was injured. I've been told by coaches that they like having me on the field because of the leadership I provide, having never gotten a card for dissent, and providing possitive feedback to teammates.

6th place in 1500 at indoor state track meet JR year and the school record holder in the 1600
