relief pitcher sophmore year for varsity. Freshman year i was injured(broken knuckle) , but still on the team . For the past few years I have done a Volocity Improvement Program( Sept.-December(6 days a week) at Sports Central. Like to change speeds alot and I throw a curve, fastball, and split and change(depending on the day, sometimes i throw both). I have a curve with a big drop and another that is alittle faster with less of a drop. I have keep book records on hitters tendencies to help my out throughout the year. It was intresting and helpful.
