Indoor Honors

He was recently voted CO-Captain of the 2006-07 Indoor team. During the Indoor season, Matt competes in the 55 meter dash, 50 yd dash, 200 meter dash, 300 meter dash and anchors the 4 X 200 meter relay team. He participates in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash and anchors the 4 X100 meter relay and 4 X 200 meter relay teams during Outdoor season.

He was named First Team All State for his Gold Medal performance in the 100 meter and 200 meter dash in the Delaware Meet of Champions held in May, 2006 and 2007 Indoor First Team All State 200 meter dash Gold Medal winner in February, 2007. He also qualified for the 100 meter and 200 meter dash at the USA Track & Field Junior Olympic National Championships held this past July, 2006 in Baltimore, MD. In addition, he recently qualified and competed in the Nike Indoor National Championships held in Landover, MD on March 10th & 11th. The following are Matt's personal best performance stats over last 12 months.
