Ice Hockey Additional

I have played organized hockey for the past twelve years. While in my earlier years, I had aspirations to play Junior level ice hockey, but the financial aspect was too much for my family to handle. I settled for roller and had many great seasons, lending a large number of assists and a decent amount of goals to my teams. It was not until last year that I had decided that it was time to move to the ice. The transition was tough in the beginning, but was managed within a season and I am now back up to par with skills and technique. Under the tutelage of our rink pro, I continue to pick up those skills necessary to further myself and I continue to amaze even myself with the exponential growth I am making on the ice. I have become a marketable asset to my current team, being a strong offensive defenceman and able to anticipate opportunities ahead of time.
