2007 USATF Elite All-American Javelin! Ranked 24th National USATF Discus. Finishing a Great Year!! Also is very Strong in javelin, which she throws in summer meet competition.Also, did spend some training time at the Hammer, throwing very well, working throughout the fall and winter. Also, very good fastpitch Pitcher in softball, very good all-around athlete. she has competed in Volleyball at the HS level, Softball, Basketball, and also has very good speed. she leg presses 350 lbs. she is an all-around athlete and would be good at the heptathalon. she also medaled as a sophmore at the shotput. my Off Season Personal Coach is Scott Warren , former All America thrower with Univ. of Nebraska. Ph. 402-880-9494 Beginning work on the multi events, has discus and jav throws over 135 ft in training. Also timed at the 100 m. 12.98, squat 225 lbs.

Enrolled and attending UNO, unattached and not competing for track program, granted release and looking to transfer at semester. Kristian is a very good student who has taken many honors courses, has great study habits and is a team leader. One of the Biggest comments from coaches is the fact she is very coachable, and very competitive. always strives for the best she can do. very hard worker. Schools considering: Undecided
