3 miles Time 21:20.00 Cathedral Pines Longwood, NY 3 mile I ran a dual meet against Longwood. It was a very competitive race but I felt good and ran very well.
5,000m Time 22:23.00 Penn State Pennsylvaina 5K I travelled to a meet in PA, I was sick although i still performed decent.
4,000 Time 18:14.00 Van Cortlandt Park Van Cortlandt Park, NY 2.5 mile It was a nice race, i went out fast got a lil slow but picked up the end.

I love to run and i am currently training for cross country in the fall 2007. I have been training 45-58 miles per week, expecting a great cross country season. I love to run track also!
