Teams & Coach Information
I am a voice for the National MS Society. My mom has multiple sclerosis and I have participated in fundraisers, the annual MS walk in Portland, OR, and many other activities supporting the determination to find a cure for this disease.
Additionally, I participate in the annual NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) walk, and fundraising.
I dedicate many hours as a volunteer for both of these causes.
Eating well, lots of rest and train hard. Motto: eat,sleep,swim.
