I have a 3.75 GPA. I have taken many AP classes, including some for college credit. I take mostly accelerated classes. Day to day school work, class tests, finals etc., I excel at.
I have taken my ACT but didn't score well.I scored very well on the Science portion and the reading. I am very analytical and ran out of time, thus rushing through. I historically do NOT test well. Explore, Plan, etc. However, I do not feel standardized tests are a true fund of my knowledge, nor my intelligence.
My aspirations are to earn a BA in psychology and go on to get a MA in forensics. My eventual goal is to work in the field of forensic pschology, likely within the criminal justice field.
Eating well, lots of rest and train hard. Motto: eat, sleep, swim.
I am a voice for the National MS Society. My mom has multiple sclerosis and I have participated in fundraisers, the annual MS walk in Portland, OR, and many other activities supporting the determination to find a cure for this disease.
Additionally, I participate in the annual NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) walk, and fundraising.
I dedicate many hours as a volunteer for both of these causes.
