GET RECRUITED TO PLAY COLLEGE BASKETBALL
Do you dream about one day playing college basketball at the NCAA level or even competing in the March Madness tournament? Do you dream about having scout and coaches evaluate you for basketball scholarship opportunities? You’re not alone, there’s thousands of other basketball players just like you who want to get recruited and play college basketball. The most important thing you can do to stand out more and gain exposure is to create and continually update your online basketball recruiting profile. Today’s college basketball coaches prefer to recruit athletes online where they can watch 50 highlight videos in an evening instead of watching one athlete play live. It’s really simple, if you want to maximize your exposure and gain the most amount of basketball scholarship opportunities then you need to have an online profile.
HOW TO GET A BASKETBALL SCHOLARSHIP
Once you decide that you have the drive and talent to compete at the college level, you must honestly evaluate whether you should be looking for walk-on opportunities or if you’re good enough to get a basketball scholarship. You also have to seriously look at what division level suits your ability best. One question we like to ask prospective college players is whether they prefer to start at a lower level school or ride the bench at a top Division 1 school. It’s a personal choice and there’s no wrong answer. There are many fantastic opportunities at the NCAA Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, NAIA, and Junior College levels.
