Early Signing Period is Approaching

Early Signing Period is quickly approaching and allows current seniors to finalize their college decisions with NCAA DI and DII colleges. From November 12 - 19, 2014 all sports except football, soccer, and men’s water polo are able to sign a National Letter of Intent. Typically, if you have already given a verbal commitment and are ready to finalize your decision you will sign a NLI during the Early Signing Period. If you do not sign a NLI during this week the Regular Signing Period for these sports runs from April 15 – August 1, 2015.

If your sport has an Early Signing Day and you haven't sign a National Letter of Intent don’t panic! Many athletes end up making their commitment later in their senior year. This extra time allows you to continue to search and find a college fits you athletically and academically.

Do you play football, field hockey, soccer, or men’s water polo? For these sports there is no early signing period. You can sign a NLI for these sports starting on February 4, 2015.
