Here is a little bit more info about Vince…

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself. How long have you been playing football, and when did you realize you wanted to play in college?

A: I have been playing football since kindergarten, but I didn't play in an organized league until I was 10 years old -- which was flag football.  I've never played Pop Warner, so my first time in pads was the spring of my 7th grade.

I realized I wanted to play college football at a young age because I had so much love for the sport, and wanted to turn that dream into a reality. I used to catch passes from my dad in the backyard on a daily basis and developed good hands. I felt like I had potential.

Q: Tell us a little bit about your current high school team.

A: My current high school team is a very young team.  Though this season did not go as planned, the past three seasons we were district champs and played in the playoffs. We had a lot of sophomores start for us this year and had a lot of injuries that plagued our team. We’ve faced a lot of adversity since the first game of our season, but I believe when those sophomores become seniors they will have a REALLY good season because of so much experience under their belts.

Q: What are you looking for in a collegiate program?

A: I'm looking for a college that I can see myself spending the next 4 years at --somewhere that I feel very comfortable at, somewhere that just has an overall good environment where I can earn my degree.

Q: Do you know what you want to major in? If so, what?

A: I want to major in an engineering or engineering technology, either aerospace or mechanical.

Q: What 3 words would you use to describe yourself as a student-athlete?

A: Focused, Determined, Hard-working

Q: Describe for us your recruiting process thus far -- what have you been doing?

A: The recruiting process so far has been good. I have been receiving interest from numerous schools. I've been getting emails from schools that I speak with weekly, and more recently, calls from some coaches.

Now, I'm just hoping I get the opportunity to play at the next level, so I continue to try to get my highlight tapes out to coaches to view.

Q: What do you like most about the BeRecruited service?

A: I like that I'm able to access a school’s information, send my highlight tape, and invite coaches to my profile. It sparks interest and starts contact between us.
